If anybody can help me get an outline of start to finish articles to read, videos to watch, step by step, I would greatly appreciate, this site is full of great people and I hope one of you can help me out.

We've been watching videos and webinars, reading books and articles, and listening to podcasts for about a year now and we are so excited to finally get started on our first deal.

Being so, I was reading an article about a Millionaire Investor who spoke highly of “Bigger Pockets”, and I decided that this may be a great starting point for my REI venture.

I've research and followed articles on rent to own, as a way to unload my rental properties when I fully retire.

You could also search the blog posts because I think there are a number of articles out there about house hacking too that you might find really helpful!

An article by Realty Trac last week  http://www.realtytrac.com/news/real-estate-investi... gives some good insight (and neat 'heat maps' to show gross rental yield by county).
