Greetings Bigger Pocketers!

I'm Tabitha, a licensed Realtor. I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, but also lived in Florida for 2 years. I am interested in flipping my first property. Being so, I was reading an article about a Millionaire Investor who spoke highly of "Bigger Pockets", and I decided that this may be a great starting point for my REI venture. I'd like to learn the best way to flip and then buy and hold properties for starters.
