Get photo ID and current photo (assuming its real), setting up a time, and when they are physically there, open the unit and let them in, while FaceTiming or talking on phone with them, and driving there...prob arrive just about the time they are done.

Depending on your service, I would probably search and see other real estate webistes just to see how they set theirs up and what kind of information they publish on-line.Getting a website is easy, but deciding what you want to put on it and what kind of flexibility or features you need for you site may be more important.My company is Immi-Nest, (Immigrate to your nest).... we help people move to homes they are financially and physically comfortable.
