What were you planning on paying for rent,,,I don't have any $200k rent houses, but if i I did I would hope I was getting $1800+ a month (actually more, but again, thats why I don't have any that expensive)Residents don't like having rentals as neighbors (I tend to own in areas with very few rentals), if I put a sex offender in I would have neighbors ready to lynch me.
