It all started by me listening to a fantastic podcast with Clayton Morris and his story just re-ignited my passion along with me ready to free myself from working a 9-5.  

I am passionate about real estate and have owned both commercial and residential properties over the years.  

I have always had a passion for real estate and for the life of me I couldn't tell you why I have waited this long to try and do something about it. 

Want to connect to folks that have a passion for real estate and am willing to volunteer my time to help get started.  

Everyone posting seems to share the excitement, drive, and passion for real estate investing that I have. 

Concentrate on what you know and  changes you see - you will see a major change coming long before I ever will,  long before anybody else will, because "X" is your passion; they are  what you are sitting around reading about all the time.2) You should  wait until you find something you are so thoroughly sure of, based on your  wealth of knowledge, and something that is so cheap, that buying it is a fool  proof as going over to the corner and picking up the money.

But for now, baby steps, I just want to get into one property and start now so that there is some light at the end of the tunnel in terms of early retirement and the ability to be free to do the things I have passion for, like music recording and composition, spending time with family, etc.....
