I am not the most organized person and want something that helps with understanding and tracking the financial side of the business. 

If there is a real estate investor group in your area, they might organize on some website other than Meetup.

It looks like agriculture at 14% of total jobs and food packaging at 8% is the main "production" jobs. 

Will make sure the trash is organized, water isn't flowing for no reason and will mob and clean common areas.

and the rent is $600 without the mom's name on the lease, you don't see how $100 a month is going to pay for food, child care and the bills. 

Mostly it is the preparation and organization.

You need to highlight your experience and expertise in whatever field you have acquired it along with your partners/team members.You only get one chance to make a good impression so you need to be polished, professional and confident.If so not have any experience at all your need to join forces with an experienced organization and use their credibility but you still need to be educated on the space.

It also makes sense for me to organize the various companies in this manner. 

The city seems pretty well organized from my casual observations.
