I just like the idea of keeping a lot of options open in case it does make sense to sell in the near future.Thanks @Greg Moss - It is definitely hard to find good deals in this area but I think it can certainly be done if you are patient; I am personally just not a fan of the B/C neighborhoods and feel like there is more risk there.

As frustrating as it was, I kept patient with Holdfolio and eventually they were able to sell the property at a profit and pay all the cumulative preferred dividends that were missed.

@Bryce Lewis Welcome to BP.I recently commented on another post with some one else having a similar dilemma to yours.Even tho we are a turn key operator I am happy to say and believe that if your patient enough and spend the time building trust and relationships with the right people you can establish a great team on the ground and not necessarily need to buy from a turn key outfit.Spend more time doing due diligence on the people rather than the stats or demographics of an area.Thanks for reading
