To sum it up Chattanooga is attractive for, the Downtown Area/Restaurants & Stores/Nature Activities and City Attractions, Job Growth/Economic Growth, Technology Advancement with Large international companies establishing plants, Tourism, Colleges and Schools, No Income State Tax, and many more I can't think of now. 

I like the idea of purchasing land and finding a modern modular/prefab builder that has options that would match the area aesthetically.  

No major issues so was a very straight forward update from the early 2000's style to a more modern style.
