In Columbus there are multiple areas you can look at that have proximity to major hospital networks. 43206 and 43205 (nationwide children's hospital), 43201, 43215, 43202 (Ohio State Wexner Medical Center 4th largest in the state of Ohio), 43214, 43220 (Riverside Methodist Hospital and 2nd largest in Ohio) are just to name a few. southern Ohio won't have close proximity and Detroit I wouldn't argue is a medical hub.

Account Closed : Another reason to take a close look at the note and dot ... take a look at Q&A 5 at Due on Sale in Both Note and DOT, if the DOS clause isn't specifically stated in BOTH the note and dot it is unenforceable ... wouldn't that be a big pill for the quick on the DOS trigger lender to swallow.
