I keep the applications at the rental property and those interested can take them home to fill them out (folks rarely bring their income statements with them and these are required to complete the application).Typically those that tell me "we have several more houses to view" are telling me (politely) they aren't interested in my rental.I don't hold my breath for those who take an application and say they'll be getting back to me "soon".I take a book to read while I wait (I'm currently reading Evictions) and to pass the time for the no shows.

My personal experience had lead to me to this conclusion, to which i welcome challenges:  People really don't care WHO you are AT FIRST, all they want is a home/apt to rent/buy.The ONLY thing that matters when it comes to filling your properties is letting the world know it's available to be rented.

It starts and ends regardless of the borrower's inquiry into additional account relief through modification or their success or lack thereof with delivering the hardship packet back.While the loan is being forebear the borrowers were delivered a hardship packet which needs to be filled out and compiled and turned in.

I see that they sell their packages as bulk minutes, just wondering what the average amount of minutes is for the basic seller lead questionnaire that is being filled out by one of their agents.
