This past weekend I had few new investors tagging a long with showings, nothing better then seeing properties live and learning from others.

I live in California so the properties got appraised and now have been raised in property tax I am the sole beneficiary.Not the executor trustee The Trust says I do not receive the whole estate until Im 65 I am 49.My Aunt is the Trustee she does not own her own home and works a minimal paying job.

After visiting the property, I decided not to offer based on what seemed to be many interior issues, a roof that’s seen better days, and more tenants living in the unit I was allowed to view than I was expecting for a 800 square foot space.
