For nearly a decade I've invested in a number of different real estate strategies across the spectrum: private lending, hard money lending, syndication deals, real estate crowd funding, wholesaling, land investing, note investing, STR domestic and abroad, built to rent, flips, etc.

Was informed that they currently don’t have the “appetite” to lend to out of state investors (was told it was a different case couple of years go).

Hi BP,Any physician assistants out there have experience with private lending options?

Are there any vetted investor websites (ex Lending Club, Prosper) or have I perhaps not come across yet the PML website/contact who would take this on?

@Joe CutrufelloYou could always look into commercial lenders that will lend up to 80/20 LTV.

There doesn't seem to be a GFE, Good Faith Estimate or TIL, truth in lending statement required.

Romeoville and the surrounding areas lend themselves to town home and single family investing.

I'm using Kennebec Savings for lending and Farm Family for insurance mostly because of prior relationships but they've both been excellent to work with.Thanks,Mike
