Go talk to a QI  Then you don't really understand how these discussion forums work because the first thing is I didn't come here necessarily asking for help I'm asking questions that will be good for everybody to learn from and that's helpful for everybody the second thing is these forums aren't necessarily here to help people but for certain people to sell their products and get referrals and the third thing is when your adversarial all these guys with the big egos want to come out here and prove you wrong and that is the main time they sometimes say something that is useful because now they are motivated by ego.

@Bryan DavidsonI agree with Russell.First you probably will need to get an attorney and there goes well more than $600.This is “chalk it up to learning” and next time ask for receipt and photos of what was done for the repair

I would love to hear and learn more about this organization.  

When you encounter someone who is where you want to be in commercial brokering tell them you want to learn, not that you want them to be your mentor.

You need to learn all the ins and outs related to your business.

I'm still new in the space but willing to learn the business.

I wouldn't worry about buying until you identify your market and learn it inside and out.  50 house rule is a good place to start.
