If you do not have the documents already, maybe find the purchase and sale agreement and contract samples in the FilePlace then have a RE lawyer look them over for a couple hundred bucks. 

I would like to find a lawyer before I proceed to ask them to leave to assure that I am covering all of my bases, any opinions as to any attorneys I may be able to ask, how much it may cost?

The two classes I'm pysically taking (vs. online) are Legal Aspects of Real Estate and Basics of Real Estate Appraisals.The law class was taught by a gentleman who is both a broker and RE lawyer with 40 years of experience.

This is not the same as a real estate lawyer.
