When we inherit a tenant, we do not have this consent and the only thing we can report are judgements (from the court or Rentalsman/Rentalboard).

Yes, great, because I want you to, but if you dont catch up on rent, I have to file an eviction, which will get me a judgement, you wont be able to rent anywhere else or get credit for a car, or buy a house, etc., do you understand how that works?
