There was an exception of course I had a gentleman that did some  phone coaching for about 12 weeks they gave me contracts, lease option agreements and was into creative finance.

Truthfully, living with someone full-time isn't something either of us intends to do though, lol.Looking at seller financing options too, but need to educate myself on this.

Initially, there weren’t good property management software options for managing single family rentals.

I know HELOCs can be a great way to get some instant liquidity, thats why I figured my only options would be fix & flips/BRRRR properties, but I wanted to hear from people like yourself and others here who are much more experienced than myself!

We will do some value-add options and increase the value. 

We are exploring the option of purchasing a multifamily unit or duplex in Salem where we can section of one of units to live in when I have to work in Salem but otherwise rent out the remainder of the unit as short-term.

I'm just curious if there are options in those types of resorts or not.
