There was NO similar indent in the neighboring room, and neither the walls themselves, not the foundation on the inside or the outside appeared affected.On the other side of the house there was a place where water had seeped or ran under the foundation.

She should be getting those sold prices from the MLS once they're available and you should be tracking them vs. the listing and your offer prices.I'm sure she is nudging you toward higher prices since she only gets paid when you buy and your offers appear to me to be unlikely to result in a transaction.
