The last thing I want when someone is googling the address of a property I am involved with as either an investor or Realtor is to come across some sort of forum where people are trashing the property online, saying it is too expensive etc.

I am not located in NJ and won't be involved at all beyond passing on referrals. 2) The owners are not interested in selling this home as-is to any investors so please.... no inquiries as to that subject.Thanks in advance.

I have not seen the job they did today (which involved tearing off and hauling away all of these supposed 8 roofs) as I got called to work, and the roofer is coming back tomorrow to finish the job.  

I've been interested in real estate for a little while and recently decide I wanted to get involved.

This is, in my opinion, the best place to be in all matters involving Real Estate.  

If there is anyone involved nearby that could use an extra hand here and there, I would be interested in helping out however I can in an effort to learn a thing or two.
