Refferals for GC in Elizabeth

Hey NJ BP'ers,

I'm looking for some GC referrals for a job in Elizabeth. Basically it is for a home that the (adult) children of the owner are looking to have major updates made to it prior to listing it. 

Disclaimers:

1) I am asking on behalf of the owners. I am not located in NJ and won't be involved at all beyond passing on referrals. 

2) The owners are not interested in selling this home as-is to any investors so please.... no inquiries as to that subject.
