Maybe I am being a bit melodramatic, but it is my opinion that attitudes "advocating to turn a blind eye" are not acceptable and not the type of business I want to interact with or be a part of in any way.  

This interaction, I assume there are no real estate agents involved, no BPO, or other intermediaries.  

If you are trying to build a lasting reputation in this business, every interaction counts.

Company profiles on our site can be used to post status messages and connect on our dashboard or for posting a blog post, but companies just can't interact on the forums.

There is so much to be gained from interacting with others here and I think you will be surprised at how much more you can learn when you engage.

So does one who needs comps but seals deals themselves like float the Realtor a $1,000 bill and say thanks, or how do investors interact with Realtors?
