As the saying goes, money talks. in the floor plan, its a 4 bedroom 2 bath. one of the bathrooms is located in the master bedroom(not uncommon for most houses), leaving the obvious issue that the other three individuals would have to share a bathroom in the house.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

Then divided that number by 30 to get a yearly amount and then divide that number by 12 to get a monthly.The math will change with size of property and individual features such as windows and doors and sq ft of the property but it will get you a rough number before you have looked at the property.

The steps you're taking are good ones in order to establish a FICO score, but as you already said . . . it'll take a while.There is an alternative process to this "automatic underwriting" called Manual Underwriting in which the underwriters are able to use manually input different data into the loan process and can often approve financially healthy individuals who can't get through the automatic underwriting process due to "no credit score."
