These folks are of course often times landlords today (or have impressive Wall Street assets, etc).I'd suggest that the latter group are better off than the former.

I was impressed.

It is impressive to see their pitch and how "scary" it seems to do real estate without buying their education first.

I'd never do it again that way.On a side not, I know people who have put two or more homes together and had quite impressive results.

I was under the impression that usually the lenders can call the loan due if the mortgage is assumed by someone else in a wrap around loan etc...

yes guys, i see that...actually i think steve taught me that a few months back...anyways, i meant on your profile..for instance, i'm looking at someone's profile to see info on them and see if they're reputable....well, they could vote for many things, and i will see that, but on their profile, i dont know how many of our peers vote them up...so i think it would be a neat feature on the profile, if you could see that you've been voted up, or who has voted you up, or the content that you posted which was voted up..i'm not a tech savvy guy, and maybe it would be a pita, but it was my creative idea for the day..do yall see what i was getting at now?
