In both of those cases if you’ve never done it sometimes it’s just easier to ask the secretary or whoever you talk to and ask who does a lot of them and hire them to do the application for you.

However as noted above you can hire 5 different surveyors to do the same job and you will have 5 monuments within inches of each other it is very common that survey's don't align If this is a resi lot where a fence a a few inchs one way or the other does not matter not worth all the expense to fight over a tiny amount of land just come to an agreement with the neighbor and move on..

This is pretty vague and a bit impractical, even contradictory.If you hire a doctor to do a procedure, you could be technically breaking the, "not what will be done and how it will be done" part if you discuss the procedure with the doctor and give them ANY feedback on what you want done!

Bookkeepers vary in stature quite a bit and it's good to ask a comprehensive list of questions when interviewing a Bookkeeper for hire to see what their background is, if they have experience in your specific industry, what certifications they have, etc.

Once you are able to make the property a rental, hire a property manager to handle rent collection, repairs etc.
