I honestly belief that investors should stop looking for specic catagoeries/situations of people to find houses to buy, and instead focus on motivation (regardless is their house is vacant, tax liened, foreclosure etc. etc.)Do you really care that you get a vacant house deal, or do you care that you find a high profit deal regardless whether it is a vacant house or not?

He said the reason why the community is as high as the price tag is because of the networking opportunities and connections you can make with wealthy capital partners that you would not be able to find anywhere else, unless you did it yourself which he said would take many years without joining his community.

While I have sufficient capital to undertake 1 or 2 flips at a time, the high cost of properties in the DMV area makes scaling challenging without resorting to interest-based financing.Is this feasible, or is it a stretch?
