Would anyone consider Wander.com to rep and MANAGE their property?

I believe Wander.com is taking full control and or even investing in the property they now manage through their system? I found them because they are hiring and I liked their model... even though they never called.

Would any of you investors create property to hand over to wander.com? What would they need to do?
