For MTR's - of course health care professions make up a lot of the renters but I believe a group looked over a lot is people looking for furnished housing while they are in between houses or waiting for their current houses to be constructed.

We provided accommodations for people with disabilities as well as language/cultural support services as necessary to achieve effective communication and positive health outcomes.

He recently was recovering from a health challenge and his family members wanted him to sell.The seller didn’t want to sell, but he knew he had to sell as he couldn’t keep up with the day to day operations.

However, the vacations I took with using them, and the benefits derived (health, relaxation, family time, etc...) has made my REI better.  

Legally you have to fix it ... it's a health issue.  

If the health department calls, we jump and correct immediately.  

It's one thing to default when circumstances are beyond your control:  Health issues, lost job, etc. 

The home health aid married him, ran up all his credit cards, deeded the two houses over to her son in the few months before the old man died so there would be no estate or will to his kids or grand kids.

Is there any kitchen facility, health code compliance requirements?

As a side note, I'm a practicing actuary in the health insurance field and worked for a P&C insurer in college.
