Funny, but I can scratch off Manhattan and write San Francisco, and it would virtually be the same report!

But it would've been a LOT worse if you did all that work and the deal fell though and you ended up with nothing but a funny story. 

Yeah, the funny thing is I / we used to do our own collections but figured perhaps a professional company would get the same results quicker and being arms length would give us more protection against FDCPA complaints.I was actually very surprised at how inefficient they are.

Funny, I just read a CA lease where the PM company requires annual proof of renter's insurance and that the PM be named as additional insured.

TOO FUNNY I mentioned the toiled and flushing it.. and how you want to make sure your waste line is working properly as sewer back up is the number one complaint in rentals..

Funny.....I used to work right here in Poughkeepsie but Verizon transferred me down to Yonkers garage so now i cover yonkers, Mt vernon and New Rochelle.....one of the many reasons/incentives for me to get real estate investing going so i can leave the corporate world soon!!
