Absolutely.We found Slack to more effective for team communication because it has the functionality of e-mail, instant message, file-sharing and more integrated into a single platform (accessible on both desktop + mobile). 

The bot was a shopping cart functionality that allowed the user to put together what they wanted to see and then the agent basically showed them what was in the cart.

The problem is that this app does not provide the level of functionality that we are currently used to.

Someone would need only need to add the rest of the connections (how many they want) to make it a full functioning trailer park. 

Essentially anyone can be an administrator, and their main function is to perform administrative functions only.

Also, the warranty companies are SLOW to respond, so if you care about tenant relations at all, you won't like it.For example - last week I called American Home Shield to report a non-functioning garbage disposal on Thursday.  

The units are all functional and able to be rented as is but our ultimate goal is to make them a little trendier and try to attract more of a young professional crowd since the place is 5 minutes to downtown in an up and coming neighborhood.

Even Detroit... and lord knows they need it.. functional and economic obsolesance are at play...
