Been reading articles about Real Estate now and then, but I decided to set aside some hours to self educate myself on Real Estate.

My name is Sam and I'm a rookie real estate investor who has just begun the journey of educating myself in the real estate space.

I'm currently in my education phase of reading, listening, and learning.

I have been starting my journey into investing, and have many options, one being wholesaling, but I don't understand the process, and looking for a ground up education on it.

It is always super important to meet with several lenders to gain education and bounce ideas off of them.

It would have been much cleaner and safer for them.With that being said; you need to figure out what strategy you want to pursue and then you need to start educating yourself.

The way you make money in real estate is finding great deals .... allowing someone to dictate a "good" deal means youre definitely not getting the full benefits, howeverrrrr If you're looking to buy for education/ mentorship/ or just good rapport for other future deals - pull the trigger! 

Study, educate and build relationships with people doing that particular thing".
