Is there a paid service I could subscribe to, etc. where I could take that lead list and write personal letters to the property owners, etc.Second piece of the question, what's everyone's favorite book, podcast or educational resource for multi-family or commercial properties (including storage units, mobile homes, etc.)

It's close to home and will serve as some additional storage for some of my trailers, etc in the meantime until I can actually get in and start the work.Would love any insight from others about how their processes have played out, to do's/not to do's with IRS auctions and I will keep you all posted as the adventure continues!

I have posted 2 apartments for rent over the past 2 months and i get absolutely bombarded with emails and calls expressing interest and asking to set up showings, I am overwhelmed.I just recently listed a 3 bedroom apartment for $1000/mo tenant pays utilities, w/d hookups in the unit, extra storage space and a nice back yard. listed 3 days ago, 75 people have contacted me and im running out of time and availability to show it to everyone thats interested, it just wont be possible. im in a small town in NH and im very new to real estate, but is this normal?
