Hey Muinda, I am a Realtor and can help you get a pretty accurate valuation of your home just based off of sqft, number of beds/bath, year, and some other info from you.  

Again, I don't know your area pricing, but based on the economies of scale doing 25 of practically the same farm houses, a good GC should be able to do that for $125 per foot or less.

Seems like that option may be difficult based on being out of state and dealing with the city. 

Based on our conversation he sometimes charges $200-300 per good lead in Dallas area or LA.
