If the floor plan allows, I'd try to steal a little space from an adjoining room to make a closet in the small bedroom if you can.  

In the past 8 years its had a new roof, two new furnaces​, two new ac units, updated electrical and plumbing​. the insides have nice laminate​ flooring​.

It is considered a mixed use building 2 story top floor was apartments 1st floor converted to medical offices.

The amount that many apartment owners pay for things like paint, flooring and HVAC equipment (among other items) is shockingly low.  

We have remodeled the kitchen, repainted and replaced flooring throughout.  

On the surface it looked to be in very good condition, roof, tile and wood flooring.  

She would be renting floor 2 & 3 of our duplex.Would you say yes?

Consider also that the house was just flipped and it looks pretty much brand new (also the roof was redone), so there won't be much work, if not at all, to do it in the next few years.The row house has 3 floors (First, Second and a full basement) + front lawn and a small backyard.Price would be around 200K.Let me know what you think and what you would do and if you need any other information.Any recommendations/advice or thoughts are much appreciated.
