Now FINALLY, I have found an investment partner who can lend up to $50k at one time as well, and I also have a fast and cheap contractor on my side!

Then it's the final cost of the project and the income it generates.

After going through their voice prompt system I finally was able to establish communication with someone. 

But I contacted USDA, Bank of America lawyers and was told anyone,including myself can buy the home after it is foreclosed on.The 5th time they finally foreclosed,even though they said they withdrew it. 

This house was a bit of a challenge given it's size and configuration but we have finalized a design and we have excluded the suite.  

I discovered this site about a year ago but finally decided to start taking the plunge.

I am officially paying off the last of my collections this thursday, and then Ill be collections free, and I can be debt free in less than 6 months after.I really want to continue expanding my businesses, as well as expand into RE, with a more heavy emphasis on RE than my businesses until the previous and current acquisitions stabilize and the dust settles.I wont say how much I make, just that I have the cash flow to very easily put down 10 and 20% down payments on houses every two weeks with ease.I really want to expand into RE in the baltimore area, fort meade area, Joint base Andrews area, college areas across the US, in Tennessee, and in Texas. 

I finally came to the conclusion that investing in real estate is the best way for me to make my future income. 

They never purchased renters policy because the LO paperwork was not finalized.
