I have a home valued under $100,000.00 in MO as my primary residence. The loan is a USDA gauranteed rural housing loan.My loan went from a local bank to Countrywide and now to Bankrupted America! It has been in modification since 2008 and noticed in paper 5 separate times for forecloser.

Yes I am a victim of the "skip 3 payments to qualify" scheme and I know all that info. But I contacted USDA, Bank of America lawyers and was told anyone, including myself can buy the home after it is foreclosed on.

The 5th time they finally foreclosed, even though they said they withdrew it. I had a relative put in an offer/contract for the home.Their asset companies real estate agent submitted it Bank of America refused to veiw it due to it being a relative??

Yes I have a lawyer but im just gathering info. Im a single dad with an 11 yr old son. This has been one hell of a battle!

Anyone happen to know the name of Bank of Americas asset protection company?
