I think it’s important to be fully transparent about my current financial situation in order to get the most accurate feedback, so I’ll be throwing some numbers out to you all for reference.A little background on myself: I am 27 years old, live in Columbus, OH, married w/o kids, work a full-time job and make roughly $85k per year ($150k total household).

@Ryan Steiner I agree with a lot of the feedback you have been receiving.

The feedback I've received so far is that some of those who have reached out mentioned they were turned off by the house across the street which has a lot of cars and trash in the yard. 

If they want feedback, the realtor is more than welcome to ask.

Be able to close transactions and not re-trade and always provide feedback.
