How much does the 740 mile round trip cost in your time and expenses and a repairman cost you?

Seems silly for you or they to pay for round trip transport if they are serious buyers. 3) how are you covering liability while it is off your premises?

In conducting a web search there are plenty of websites that come up charging monthly fees.Is there a good website to use or is the best way to go about make a trip to their city hall and retrieve the list?

I wouldn't just count on treating them like gold.There also is no difference between marketing for wholesalers, Flippers, buy and hold,.. computers, cars,  vacation trips...THe strategies work on the same principle.

- What are some of your favorite strategies?

Our goal with this first trip is to network and build our Core 4, as well as see some potential properties if we have time.This will be a weekend trip, coming in on Friday the 6th and leaving on Sunday the 8th. 

We are looking to acquire a SFH and going to try the BRRRR strategy.We have a trip planned to visit the area 8/31-9/2.
