What concerns me is that we are nearing the end of selling/renting season, which usually comes to a screeching halt at the end of October.

If we are in danger of not having enough cash to cover our expenses, then we as owners add more of our own funds to the business and increase our equity, or obtain a loan to cover the need.We currently receive our rents through regular post, mailed to our local USPS office (P.O.Box).

When I get them it's awesome because they're usually one guest per room and barely add wear and tear on the home. 

This is completely legal where we are but should be verified for your area.

We invest in single family homes with 3+ bed and 2+ bath on the west side of SF and we are always looking.
