FSBO sale canceled - buyer's own house fails to appraise

I'm selling a rental SFH as a FSBO. Found a buyer, whose offer was contingent on the sale of her own house. The buyer's agent tells me now that the appraiser on the sale of the buyer's own house appraised it at 28K below the contract price, which looks crazy low. The buyer is asking me whether there is a deposit amount that would persuade me to hold my house for her for 30-40 days while she tries to sell her house again. Here are two questions I have. Should I ask to see the appraiser's refusal, just so that I can see the cancellation excuse for myself? Should I hold the house for this buyer, given that the price she was asking for her own house looks quite reasonable, or should I put my house back on the market, assuming that the market in the neighborhood for that house is fairly brisk. What concerns me is that we are nearing the end of selling/renting season, which usually comes to a screeching halt at the end of October. Thank you in advance for your experienced observations!
