I can't even really anticipate what one could potentially encounter given the litigious nature of American culture these days.I'd be most interested in a policy that would provide complete coverage for any legal matter that I may be faced with as a landlord.

Looking for creative ways to finance the following scenario:3 properties packaged together.

I have been leaning towards the idea of MFH's thus far because of the benefit of multiple doors in one package but they are not cheap to buy in my area.

And with that research, you can simply google tenant background checks and see a lot of options and at that point it will be a preference to you and how much it costs in the end with a varying degree of package offerings.  

If you’re up for houses that need a lot of work then connect with people who could have knowledge of off market rehab deals (like Jamie and other agents who frequently encounter off market deals, wholesalers, etc).
