Over that amount or long distance investing is usually better to go with a PM company.There are a lot of internal business systems that PM companies have that make managing properties safer, more efficient, and take a huge load off of investors.Managing a large portfolio, building business systems and doing your day job is no easy task.

Hey David,Great questions.I believe agents will need to be more resourceful, have better systems in place for streamlining the entire process and will need to be able to handle most tasks remotely - i.e. consultations, virtual tours, e-signatures.Its really not too different from where things were headed pre-COVID.In my opinion, agents will still be a vital part of the process for both buyers and sellers.

Or I can tell you, Yo.. you are doing it wrong and it will be difficult to make it that way...Now which do you want to hear.Come up with a solid reason for that absentee owner list.Then figure out what the cost /deal is for your pick of lead gen system, and if you have the money THEN move forward...If you do not have enough money to cover that cost/deal x 1.7 (that's a safety factor), get the money first!
