I replaced the window in the guest bathroom with a stained glass window I found for $150 in a Salvage/antique shop off of 7th ave in phoenix, called Qcumberz.

Not because of major repairs and renovations or anything, but because I don't wear my shoes in the house, don't allow food or drinks other than water on carpeted areas, etc.

As stated above, except for any food or drink you happen to order, there is no charge to attend.

I can imagine people hanging out by the fire pit for hours at a time drinking beer, hot coco, etc.

Electric is available, but it seems I would have to install septic, not sure how it works to get drinking water to the property.

She broke the glass stovetop & I'm certain she hasn't gotten it fixed ( I gave her the option of me doing it & invoicing her or she could fix it) since I haven't heard anything about it.

They couldn't repair but could replace the glass in a couple of days for an unreasonable amount.

They will usually just nap, eat/drink (if food/water are out) and play a bit.

We just had an amazing holiday celebration with food, drinks and bunch of gifts - that was free.

Go drink a v8 or something.
