Not sure what kind of returns people are looking for in Denver, but typical investor here on BP is dreaming about the 1% rule. 

Map out the big picture dream but then think deeply about all the different steps that you will need to take on your journey. 

I bought my dream house as a vacation home with the intent of AirBnB-ing it.

That's the dream.

But perhaps someone has the cash to invest and is in need of videography services  It just occurred to me today that perhaps we could do this type of exchange with someone, and I wanted to put it out into the universe and see if it seemed like a realistic idea or a pipe dream. ;) Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
