If they screwed us around, didn't pay last months rent, or left the place incredibly dirty, broken blinds, burnt out bulbs, didn't get moved out in time etc Then we might be a little more strict on keys.We are strict with light bulbs and blinds.

Anything more I keep for the next one or return for a refund. inhave had extra flooring, tiles, paint, cabinet hardware, lighting (cans), mulch, etc. it sits in my garage/she's ready for the next house.
