They're more about cash flow investing than flips and even though alot of their educational stuff is outdated now, their principals remain the same and they always advocate operating under updated information.

(You can also break their stuff if you are really mad at them.)

It's crazy all the stuff that us landlords can get in trouble for, but it's the world we live in.

the ones with the best deals of course ;o)i'm in aurora, so maybe SE denver area (don't want projects in golden, boulder, etc) and not high end stuff due to budgets starting out.

Ross, Marshalls, & TJ Max seem to have good basic stuff like that in our area.
