I would order online from www.acwholesalers.com or www.supplyhouse.com these types of companies are called dropship and usually get larger discounts and has direct access to manufacturers, most of the time, they are the cheapest because of the low overhead of not having store employees. just look for the best warranty and customer service support.

We also have a Dec rent discount for qualified renters.

They will then face the expense of completing the project themselves or wholesaling it, probably, at a large discount.      

That guy will out-bid you EVERY TIME because he doesn't need a 30-40% discount.  

SATISFIED WITH THE SALES PRICE: I understand I may be selling The Property for less than market value but have chosen to do so because circumstances dictate that an immediate sale, even at a discounted price, is in my best interest.

Most people do one thing, Realtor's list, investors buy at a discount to wholesale or flip, seems like less people are offering all the options.
