Today I gave one of the tenants notice that I will be terminating their MTM lease effective April 30, 2020.

I would never just find a random lender online, that sounds just dangerous unless you can really determine credibility.

It's a clear lease violation, and honestly, I'm thinking of safety, not the extra wear and tear and water usage.Do you think if I were to ask the fire marshal to come in and speak with them about the fire danger of using the electric space heaters it would help?

But now with the Coronavirus in effect, I have no idea how exactly the housing market will be impacted.The price of my home in CA are at all time highs.

Hello All, I have been looking for short term rentals near Pegeon Forge TN and I have been reading that Radon gas inspection is recommended..State of TN says that radon gas is dangerous and one should test it but not mandatory.  

Also, I can see that Coronavirus is effecting US/World economy harder than I imagined.
