Is getting lender for less than 50K possible?
Hello,
It's my first posting BP! I am resident in San Francisco Bay Area, very new in BP community.
I am in the middle of process of purchasing my first duplex in IN. My offer (accepted, pending, waiting foundation report) in all cash, but I realized that mortgage rate is pretty low lately, and I should put 50% down and finance the other 50%. Also, I can see that Coronavirus is effecting US/World economy harder than I imagined. So, I thought keeping cash might be wise for this spring. The financing amount would be less than 50K. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
