While most cops are professional and do provide society a critical service, this difference in the public's respect for them compared to other countries is quite puzzling to me.I would not mind figuring this out so if someone has an explanation for it.

well, you can try a few things... 1. rent a GOOD powerwasher from HD and try their chemicals (cleaning isle)2. 50% water, 50% pool cleaner3. buy from http://www.pressuretek.com/chemicals.html . i have used them before, but not their chemicals.4. look at the pressure cleaning forums for someone in your area or just on google.most important thing is that you need to use a wide tip - 40 degrees tip, so no damage occurs. the most important thing is that the GALLONS per MINUTE is the most important aspect of a PW, not its PSI.there are other companies that offer chemicals, but the one i used awhile ago does not exist anymore..

Also the monthly rent (mortgage in my case), when the lease expires and a block for each month so I can check off when the check shows up, and if late write in the date.This way I have a ready reference of all the CRITICAL information on my properties and who's in them, write at my fingertips.

Replace those compression valves with 1/4 turn angle valves!

They must have all been made in the most cost savings oriented factory in the world because the compression aspect of the valve just simply fails after any period of time longer than about a decade.
