Is there a creative solution out there so we can both achieve our goals while maintaining the partnership?  

So, finding creative financing may be the only way to go or maybe partnering in someone else's deal to create more capital to use.

We're primarily looking for low money down or creative financing and are interested in working with a partner, at least for the first few deals. 

The ability to recognize and utilize creativity in one another to the fullest extent.

Since this is not my web site which keeps me from promoting my business regarding ePublishing; I am making this available to anyone and since it is public I believe that it is essential for individuals to raise capital through creative options which translates as government grants.

Cold calling, door-knocking, DM, internet marketing, online remarketing, SEO, creative marketing, flyers, everything is just a way to generate leads.

Any ideas as far as creative financing?
