Do any of you have virtual numbers or do you find that your PMS software or messaging through Airbnb and other booking platforms are able to fulfill you communication needs while keeping your personal cell information private? 

Or if you can get a 0% interest credit card to purchase materials - I've had to do that in the past and put 70k on two credit cards :-/ Then when the bank finally came through I paid off the CCs. 

you can consider a sale pitch.. but just remember one usually has better advertising through the MLS, also better access/availability unless you have time to field all the phone calls and arrange showings.  

I currently own a property already and went through a lender to get an approval for another property.

And have an expert look through them.

Water is seeping through cracks in the floors and through the walls where it looks like the basement walls have signs of bowing with horizontal cracks.

I am based out of Chicago but frequently pass through South Bend on trips over to MI.
